International charity is seeking a Direct Marketing Manager to help the organisation achieve its long-term strategy of developing and retaining donors and other committed supporters.
The charity's ambitious growth plans seek to significantly build their team of engaged, active donors over the coming years.
The successful applicant will need to demonstrate
- a track record in running a busy marketing schedule (particularly via direct mail, email and telephone)
- excellent copywriting and creative abilities
- a passion for delivering compelling, results-focused campaigns
- strong planning project management and analytical skills, to deliver challenging income and engagement results to agreed targets.
These skills will be applied to delivering online and offline retention and supporter engagement communications. You will be responsible and accountable for a six-figure budget.
