Education Training and Events Executive

Harris Hill are delighted to be working with a not for profit membership organisation based in London in their search for an Education Training and Events Executive. This will be a 12 months FTC.


This role will be responsible for the organisation, scheduling, delivery, evaluation and development of remote and face-to-face live events run by the Education Team. You will be working closely with the Director of Education, Head of Assessment, Lead Assessor and Head of CPD to organise key events for the Education team.

You will also work with the Events Team to organise, deliver and evaluate other events, both online and physical, however, the majority of the role will be spent working on the planning and delivery of the Education team s events.

Ideally you will have:

Relevant experience in an events or training role
Experience of administering and supporting the delivery of a diverse range of internal and third party events, ideally within a similar size and type of organisation. In person events essential, online desirable.
Effective use of IT systems including Microsoft Office, in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook databases
Experience of updating website and booking platforms
Updating budgets


Desirable:
Experience of negotiating contracts and booking events facilities
Experience of production and delivery of training, learning and assessment materials
Experience of working with Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM systems.
Website content management system experience
Experience of event management systems
Experience of Survey Monkey or similar software
Experience of education settings
