Email Communications Officer

Job description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Email Communications Officer to join a professional membership body for family doctors in the UK and overseas.    

In this role you'll be planning, creating and delivering effective communication to members, understanding and addressing the different communication needs of different member profiles and types. 

Key responsibilities include managing the email communications and marketing automation system (Dotdigital), this includes planning communication campaigns for activities such as events, webinars, industry trends/updates, hot topics, Membership renewals and elections.  

In order to be successful, you must be experienced in creating segmented messages and variations for different audiences, have knowledge of image optimisation software like Canva or Photoshop to enhance and create engaging images for emails and be comfortable in using website content management systems (preferably Sitecore or Kentico).
