Employee Relations Business Partner

Job description

I am currently looking for an outstanding Employee Relations Business Partner for an amazing charity for ex-service men and women. The main focus of this exciting role will be around Employer relations and change management.

Main duties & experience:
Strong ER experience (investigation and disciplinary).
Change management (including end to end redundancy process; consultation and empathy and emotional intelligence).
Recruitment/redeployment.
Advise HR professionals and serve as a bridge between management and HR.
Experience of policy and business process re-engineering.
Able to hit the ground running and self-starter.
CIPD qualified with charitable experience (preferable).
Immediate focus to deliver consultations and be willing to travel to meet people.
