Ethical Recruitment Programme Manager

I am delighted to be working with an amazing sustainability charity in search of an Ethical Recruitment Programme Manager for a 6-month FTC. You will work closely with the CEO to deliver their programme strategy related to their work on promoting ethical recruitment in the hospitality industry. The post holder will carry out all required tasks to ensure the strategy deliverables are being implemented, with particular emphasis on managing the execution of meetings, trainings, workshops, virtual consultations etc.

Main duties:
Support with the delivery of the organisations Human Rights programming in key migration corridors
Conduct research and support development content for factsheets, webinars, guidance tools, and relevant principles and guidance materials related to Ethical Recruitment, Human Rights and Migrant Labour, for use by hotel companies.
Support with creating training materials and modules for ethical recruitment including reviewing and revising existing content.
Support in developing communications content for the programme, including scoping for case studies.
Seek and collate inputs from industry members such as HR Officers, hiring managers, sustainability professionals - on specific topics and materials, as required.
Support with the preparation of annual impact reporting (e.g., data collection, review of members reports, collating and synthesising member data, etc)
Develop content for and support in planning webinars and virtual meetings.
Support with scheduling and delivery of virtual meetings, webinars, working-group engagement including hosting, conducting, managing events, minute-taking, and action follow-up.
Collate projects updates, monitoring data and case studies and develop draft donor reports.
Establish and maintain relationships with relevant private and public stakeholders to deliver on the project and promote the organisations work on human rights globally.
Establish KPI's and plans to measure success of various programmes.
Undertake project review, impact measurement and reporting in coordination with the organisations Fundraising team to ensure they have information needed to work with funder on these programmes as part of the development of a long-term strategy for their human rights work in the region.
Stakeholder management & engagement
Support efficient line management of Human Rights Consultant as relevant
Support delivery of Human Rights Consultant work in line with the Alliance's systems, processes, and values.
Develop and manage relationships and strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including funders, industry work groups, NGOs, and other similar industry initiatives.
Support engagement with and management of the human rights working group, establishing clear terms of reference, and managing their governance and operations.
Impact measurement and reporting
Develop programme outcome metrics for measuring progress made by the industry and the organisation, and design and implement a strategy for measuring impact from the start of each project.
Lead on the collection of relevant impact data towards key outcome measures linked with our goals, ensuring data collection and reporting is timely, accurate and consistent.
Ensure GDPR compliance in designated area of activity.
Financial management
Support with the management of the Programmes budget.

Knowledge:
Sound HR generalist knowledge, preferrable within the hospitality sector
Previous training experience
Comfortable handling people matters.
Detailed working knowledge of corporate social responsibility agenda and commercial realities of multinational companies, preferably the hospitality industry.
Good understanding of corporate structures and cross-functional ways of working needed for progress on the ethical recruitment agenda for example sustainability, legal, compliance, procurement, regional, etc.
Desired but not required: Knowledge of modern slavery reporting regulations, certification standards such as IRIS, as well as relevant audit programmes.
