Event Fundraising Officer

Harris Hill are delighted to be working with a leading children's charity in their search for an Events Fundraising Officer x 2 in order to deliver the Challenge event portfolio, implementing the marketing and communication plan for each event. To manage a portfolio of event supporters in order to maximise fundraising opportunities, increase retention and long-term
commitment to the charity.

This will be fully remote role !

Salary: 26,966 - 29,000
Deadline 21st February at 8am

You will lead in the implementation of each allocated event operational plan to ensure that events are delivered on time and to budget in order to achieve income targets.
You will monitor and evaluate financial targets and KPIs, raising any potential shortfalls with the Senior Events Manager and planning in contingencies when required.
You will manage processes and supporter journeys within specified events, making improvements to increase efficiencies and growth.
Lead on developing and maintaining a portfolio of high value event supporters providing first class stewardship management and supporter care.

You will ideally have:
Working within a fundraising environment demonstrating a track record of maintaining and growing income for supporters and/or organisations
Experience of Event Fundraising working with a portfolio of supporters, volunteers and organisations, to maximise fundraising
Excellent supporter care experience knowing what is necessary to deliver a high quality service to supporters and/or fundraisers
Experience of data selections and coordination.
Excellent product development and marketing skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to internal and external audiences
Sound understanding of supporter processes
Working to, and delivering, activity and financial targets
Experience in event management
