Events Fundraising Manager

Job description

Harris Hill are working with a well-established social welfare charity to find an Events Fundraising Manager. This charity is going through an exciting period of growth so this is a brilliant time to join and work alongside another Events Fundraising Manager to build on the challenge events portfolio/strategy.

Duties & skills:
-Work with Head of Events to manage the delivery of the events portfolio, setting income targets , plans and budgets and work on new processes
-To support the creation, testing, evaluation of owned, bespoke and third-party fundraising events
-To work with the Marketing and Communications teams, focusing on digital and social media platform to ensure growth of support
-To Ensure that all event participants, partners and supporters receive a good standard of supporter, allowing them to feel valued and continue supporting
-To grow support of the events portfolio both externally and internally

Experience and skills needed:

-Experience of working at manager level, developing and implementing successful Events Fundraising strategies
- A track record of achieving Events Fundraising income and participant growth, and successfully building long-term relationships with national and local supporters
-Excellent interpersonal, networking and relationship building skills, including ability to represent the charity to senior-level supporters and internal/external stakeholders
-strong verbal and written communications skills
