Events Manager

Job description

An opportunity has arisen for an Events Fundraising Manager on a mat cover basis, based in Birmingham. This role is responsible for identifying, developing and managing a programme of fundraising events. You will also line manage the Event Fundraising Team.

Key responsibilities will include:
-Design and implement the strategy for the delivery of a major events programme
-Identify, pitch and win new partnerships with third party organisations
-Line manage the events fundraising team
-Lead on the events fundraising programme

-Demonstrable experience within events fundraising
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-Excellent project management skills
-Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
-Ability to build strong relationships
