Harris Hill are delighted to be working with a leading children’s charity in their search for a Executive (Acquisition – Dialogue).

As Executive (Acquisition – Dialogue), you will support on the day to day delivery of committed giving campaigns through dialogue channels, supporting the charity’s ambitious transformational growth plans to drive voluntary net income from regular giving and lottery income streams.

Key responsibilities include supporting on the production of campaign briefs, timing plans and KPIs against agreed budgets, primarily for door to door, private site and telephone fundraising activity. You will be working collaboratively with colleagues in Supporter Care to support the management of response handling to dialogue committed giving campaigns and will work closely with third party agencies in delivery of day to day campaign actions, ensuring that all activity reflects the values of the charity.

The successful candidate will ideally have some knowledge of regular giving and lottery acquisition dialogue campaigning and an understanding of door to door, private site, street and telephone fundraising channels. An awareness of data export process flows would be beneficial, as would a working knowledge of fundraising regulation and standards, specifically in relation to dialogue public fundraising.
