An exciting opportunity has risen for an accomplished Executive Assistant at an independent and not-for-profit organisation.
The successful candidate will be based in Central London playing a key part in the smooth running of the organisation and will be responsible for strategically managing the commitments and deliverables of the CEO and their 3 Heads of Function.

Hours: Full Time
Salary: 40K
Location: London
Duration: Temp to perm opportunity
Start date: Mid July 2019


Main tasks and Responsibilities
Compiling, proof-reading and amending board level reports, presentations and announcements
Proactively managing the diaries and schedules of the CEO and Heads of Function
Appropriately responding to meeting requests and arranging external/internal meetings, booking appropriate travel and accommodation as required
Maintaining office administration and other appropriate tasks as requited

Candidate Requirements
Substantial experience of providing complex diary management for multiple Senior Executives.
Ability to prepare board level presentation material and retrieve information from relevant sources through research and analysis.
Ability to produce notes of meetings and to write and edit written documents and correspondence independently
Good IT skills
