Harris Hill is proud to be working with an international charity that works with women and girls living in poverty. They work tirelessly every single day (literally) to change the conditions for women and girls living in extremely challenging conditions.

As the new Executive Coordination Specialist, you are fundamental to the smooth running of the charity.  Your main role is to provide professional support to assist the Chief Executive to lead the organisation effectively.

It will be your responsibility to provide the required support to coordinate the Chief Executive and the Senior Leadership Team to ensure effective meetings take place and all the required systems are always available.
You will also be required to Project Manage projects which arise within the Senior Leadership team, so experience of Project Management is also a requirement of this role.

As the first point of contact for the Executive office, you will need to be comfortable dealing with people at the most senior levels.


You will be called on to use your natural calm demeanor to keep all of the functions flowing and rely on your extensive experience of providing office & senior level PA support. Naturally, because you are good with people, and you will also use your excellent communication, administration and IT skills, coupled with a keen eye for detail.


Your ability to multitask will be brought into play, and because you are a strong team-player you will be able to take the initiative and prioritise workloads.

Essential Requirements:

- Demonstrate senior administrative/executive support experience, including minute taking and report writing.
- Experience of project management; meeting time, cost and quality requirements.
- Experience of developing effective administration and monitoring systems.
- Experience of making improvements to systems and processes
- Experience of undertaking research and fact finding.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, sufficient to represent the Chief Executive's office in a professional manner.
- High level interpersonal and negotiation skills which includes the ability to manage confidently and competently the demands of a range of stakeholders
- Numeracy skills sufficient to manage a budget
- The ability to plan and prioritise
- Pro-active and able to work on own initiative with minimum supervision
- A good eye for detail, sufficient to produce accurate reports, papers, budgets and other documentation.

Desirable:

- An understanding of the development and humanitarian sector.
