Job description
Hillside Clubhouse is a dynamic charity in North London supporting people with mental health issues to live lives to the full. They are passionate about achievement and have a portfolio of services and projects with a focus on social inclusion - especially mainstream employment.
The charity work to a model of coproduction whereby their service users are known as members and colleagues, and they coproduce the daily business functions of the Clubhouse together. Hillside Clubhouse also run employment services to the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model.
Their Executive Director is departing after 17 years, and they now seek a successor. The organisation is in a sound strategic and financial position, and this is an exciting opportunity to develop the organisation further and they have ambitious plans for growth.
Location: North London - Camden and Islington
Salary: £49,571 per annum plus benefits
Contract: Permanent
You will be a self-starter with a sound track record in senior management ideally in the charity sector. You will set the overall strategy and business development for the future of Hillside Clubhouse and maximise opportunities for growth, and you will be experienced at developing and implementing a sound fundraising strategy. You will also have experience of contract management, sound financial management skills including budgeting, developing new services and a wide range of skills defined further in the job description and person specification.
