Salary: Circa £55,000 per annum

Byfleet United Charity is seeking a strategic, driven, and community-minded Executive Director to lead their small but impactful organisation through a new chapter of growth and development. With over £200,000 granted to individuals and organisations in 2024 alone, their work transforms lives across Byfleet and West Byfleet.
As Executive Director, you will:
Lead the delivery of the charity’s mission and services, including their essential and community grant programmes.
Oversee the ongoing refurbishment and operations of Almshouses.
Maximise the return from property and investment portfolio.
Guide and support a dedicated team of four, ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
We’re looking for someone with:
Strategic leadership experience in the charity, housing or property sectors.
A strong track record of financial, operational, and project management.
A passion for community-focused work and values-led leadership.
