Facilities and Admin Officer

This is an immediate opportunity for a 3-month temporary assignment, full time, £22.64 per hour in London.

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established organisation, for a highly organised and hands-on Facilities & Admin Officer professional to join their team on a 3-month temporary contract.

Key responsibilities Include:

  • Daily post handling, including use of Royal Mail Click & Drop

  • Weekly fire alarm testingemergency light checks, and flushing regimes

  • Document control on compliance portals (Work Permits, RAMS, H&S Checklists)

  • Use of Jira ticketing system for helpdesk admin

  • Front of House duties, including visitor registration via Sky Visitor system

  • Strong Microsoft Word & Excel work for reporting and admin tasks

  • Supporting H&S processes including DSE assessments and RAMS familiarity

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in a Facilities/Admin hybrid role

  • Ability to work unsupervised and manage day-to-day tasks with minimal oversight

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel

  • Familiarity with systems such as JiraSky Visitor, and compliance portals

Desirable Qualifications:

  • IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH Facilities Management certification
