Harris Hill is recruiting for a Finance Manager – Systems for this Educational Charity based in London. (Hybrid)

• Salary range: £49,500pa - £60,000pa
• Reporting line: Report to the Head of Finance
• Hybrid working: 3 days a week is required at their offices in Central London.

The Finance Department deals with all the Charity’s financial transactions, including fees, payroll, and planning. The position is wide and challenging and includes not only the basic accounting functions but also managing the accounts team and ensure the smooth running of the department.

You will produce timely and accurate financial information, ensure that all duties of the accounts team are successfully achieved.

You will play a leading role in managing and improving accounting processes as well as being part of a project team leading a new accounting systems implementation.

We are particularly keen to hear from candidates who have been involved in accounting system implementation. You will have the ability to lead and supervise the work of a team to deliver objectives and meet deadlines, along with the ability to develop, motivate and influence colleagues.
