Fundraising & Donations Manager

Job description

I am supporting a gambling prevention charity in the search to find a new Fundraising and Donations Manager.


The Fundraising & Donations Manager is responsible for developing and implementing engagement and fundraising strategies or enhance and grow revenue with donors.

This primary focus of this position is to support the annual campaign operations and corporate relationships. This position is part of a small Communications and Fundraising Team responsible for increasing the breadth of donors and donation giving size through relationship management, awareness, and engagement to achieve the organisations strategic priorities.


To be considered for this exciting opportunity you will need to have.

Experience of developing a donor development strategy and presenting to board level.
Have experience of managing complex budgets

Previous experience of cultivating mid- high-level donors.

Experience securing new relationships with corporations.

Experience of managing relationships with corporate supporters.

Experience of researching new fundraising opportunities.

Excellent communication skills

The ability to negotiate and influence others in a positive manner and the confidence to deal with difference priorities and differing views.
Digital marketing skills would be an advantage.
