Fundraising Assistant

I am excited to be working with an amazing musician support organisation in search of a Fundraising Assistant for a 3-month temporary assignment. The charity is moving to a new CRM system in the Autumn and there is a significant number of duplicate donor accounts which need addressing.
The charity hosts an event in November, a festival which has two components; a service at Westminster Abbey and then a lunch post-event. There is a need to ticket this event and liaise with donors / key stakeholders in relation to attendance, these duties will also be covered by this role!

Main duties:
Working with the Senior Database and Data Protection Officer to reduce the number of duplicate records within the charity's CRM database (ThankQ)
Making bookings for the festival event, liaising with donors regarding their booking requests and supporting the wider fundraising team in the smooth running of the event
Answering calls and email enquiries from donors
We are therefore looking for a candidate with the following experience:
Experience of records management within a CRM system
Experience of liaising with customers / donors and responding to communication enquiries in a timely manner

Skills required:
Excellent verbal communication skills
Data processing skills - with significant attention to detail in terms of accuracy
Strong written communication to ensure a first-class response to donors.
