Fundraising Assistant

Job description

We're working with a known health charity to find a Fundraising Assistant to support their Community Fundraising team and work on supporting fundraisers.

Duties and responsibilities

-Support the Community and Regional Fundraising teams with fundraising enquiries and merchandise
-Deliver excellent customer service to supporters so they feel valued and want to repeat their support
-Produce daily, weekly and monthly monitoring reports for the Community fundraising team
-Work to focus on JustGiving pages, the inbox and administrative duties
-Work across wider fundraising team to help when needed.

Skills and experience needed:

-Knowledge and understanding of fundraising
-Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and prioritise
-Knowledge of all Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Outlook and CRM systems, preferably Raiser's Edge (desirable)
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt style accordingly
-Proactive and a team player
