Fundraising Assistant

Job description

Harris Hill has an excellent opportunity for a Fundraising Assistant to support a national charity for 12 weeks on a full time basis.

Key Objectives
Deliver responsive, timely and high standards of customer service to develop relationships and keep supporters positively engaged with the charity.
Efficiently implement financial and database fundraising processes, to ensure supporter records and financial reports/reconciliations are accurate.
Support the smooth administration of fundraising by pro-actively refining and developing processes and fulfilment procedures for Individual Giving campaigns and Community fundraising activities.

We are looking for someone who has worked within a fundraising or supporter care team, who is organised, personable and can use a variety of Microsoft office packages.
Ideally, you would have experience of ThankQ but any fundraising database experience is advantageous.
