Fundraising Coordinator

Harris Hill are delighted to be working with a fantastic leading children charity in their search for a Fundraising Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to get into the charity sector.

Thsi will be 12 months FTC, ideally you will be based in Birmingham, however the charity is open for candidates who are based in UK. 

  • You will line manage 1 x Fundraising Assistant
  • You will be responding to queries and enabling fundraising through the charity large volunteer network
  • You will conduct stewardship calling to all kinds of supporters to encourage their fundraising initiatives
  • You will work collaboratively with other Fundraising Coordinators to drive team and process improvement.
  • You will help deliver the agreed departmental and regional strategy plans and standards
  • You will work efficiently and collaboratively with other teams and departments in fundraising, and other teams to ensure efficient systems, support will allow the charity to maximise income for services for children.


To apply for this role you will ideally need:

 

  • Experience in working in a busy Administration Support environment
  • Have a flexible approach to varied workload and content
  • Work closely with team members to ensure Service Levels are met
  • Experience in building relationships with supporters and internal customers
  • Ability to interpret data and the ability to interpret and present information in a clear and accurate way
  • Ability to engage with supporters through email and telephone methods

Location: Birmingham- Hybrid/home based, or fully remote role in UK

Salary: £19,500 - 22,211 per annum

Contract type: 12 months FTC
