Harris Hill is working with a medical charity, in their search for a Fundraising Innovations and Products Manage, starting end January for 4 months.

Purpose of role
To project manage an insight-led approach to developing a new mass participation proposition, working with an external agency and in-house teams from design sprint through to pilot (insight phase of the project is currently underway and will be complete mid-Jan)
To oversee acquisition for our flagship event in May 2022 (involves line management of one Fundraising Products Executive who coordinates the campaign)

You'll be responsible for working with an external agency to drive the project, and working closely with internal fundraising and marketing teams, utilising all key channels to get the product to market.

You'll design multi-channel marketing plans that maximise participant numbers and income, and stewardship journeys that provide excellent supporter experiences.

Person Spec

Essential
Experience of managing fundraising products and/ or marketing campaigns (the latter ideally in a charity environment)
Experience of working with external agencies
Experience of writing compelling marketing and stewardship copy
Experience of using a relationship database to support, inform and report on fundraising activity
Experience of delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive participation in mass fundraising products
Experience of using insight, data and market trends to identify opportunities and make recommendations
Experience of managing digital advertising campaigns and analysing results
Experience of preparing budgets and scenario planning
Good knowledge of effective stewardship techniques used for increasing remittance rates and maximising average gifts in mass fundraising products
IT literate with intermediate level Microsoft Office 365 applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams
Knowledge of charity and data protection laws
Knowledge of the Fundraising Code of Practice

Desirable
Experience of working on innovation cycles and product sprints
Experience of using Raiser's Edge
