Fundraising Manager

Harris Hill are delighted to be supporting a fantastic Wildlife Conservation Charity in their search for a Fundraising Manager.

In this exciting role, you will manage and develop key areas of fundraising including (but not limited to) the following: Individual Giving, Legacy and In Memory, Commercial Partnerships, Events. The successful candidate will have management oversight of an exciting schedule of fundraising activities, with the support of two direct line management reports - the Fundraising & Events Executive who is responsible for the delivery of a variety of annual events and fundraising initiatives, and the Supporter Care & Database Executive who is responsible for lower-level individual giving, community fundraising and adoptions. The ultimate goal being to maximise unrestricted funds for investment in the charity’s vital wildlife conservation projects in Africa & Asia. 

In order to be successful, you must strive on developing and implementing strategies, have excellent marketing and integrated communications skills, and strong organisational and project-management skills. You must also be proficient in the use of design tools and packages and have an in depth understanding of best practice in e- communications across all marketing platforms. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work flexibly in a dynamic and busy environment are also essential to be a success in the role.
