Fundraising Manager (Part Time)

Job description

A fantastic social welfare charity is in search of a Fundraising Manager (part-time) to join their team, and Harris Hill are delighted to assist them with their search. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced fundraiser to take on a broad role encompassing a number of income streams, while making a huge difference to the lives of people facing homelessness and mental illness.

You’ll have a great deal of autonomy, and the chance to use your creativity to shape the strategic direction of the charity’s fundraising campaigns. You will also use your knowledge of marketing and communications to ensure that as wide an audience as possible is reached and engaged, increasing the number of supporters and event participants.

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Have a strong background in, and demonstrable experience of, fundraising in one of the relevant income streams.

  • Have some marketing and communications experience (ideally experience of paid advertising on social media).

  • Be an extremely confident, outgoing, friendly and engaging person, with a real flair for building relationships and inspiring audiences.

  • Share the organisation’s passion for helping to improve the lives of others and supporting them through hardships.

Salary: £42,000 p.a. FTE

Location: London, on-site for all 3 days.
