Fundraising Systems Manager

A Charity based in London are looking for a Fundraising Systems Manager. The successful candidate will have a proven background in current technologies and be capable of leveraging this to benefit the organisations Fundraising activities and collaborating with internal stakeholders including Business and Technology teams to deliver continual improvements to the Federations core fundraising systems and processes.
The role will oversee the management of the technology and tools adopted in our innovative transformation of Fundraising business solutions including digital platforms, mobile technology, hardware and infrastructure. You will also take responsibility for ensuring that the reporting and analytical needs of Fundraising are fully embedded and managed within the Analytics platform of choice as well as work as part of the Analytics project team to ensure both current and future needs of the Federation are met.

Key responsibilities

Work with Systems Users/Teams across the federation to deliver and sustain the vision for charity's digital fundraising transformation.

Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure that integrations are efficient and fit for purpose and deliver real value.

Develop and control the IT security policy for Fundraising systems.

Provide 2nd line technical support on all Fundraising solutions

In the first Instance this role will be embedded in the Child Sponsorship Modernisation project to provide technical support and guidance.

Person specification
Ability to work in a multicultural context/environment, engage in social justice activism/advocacy and demonstrate innovative practices
Proven track record and experience of working experience of systems, infrastructure, /databases and /languages
Microsoft Stack experience, including 0365 toolsets and Sharepoint online
Solid experience of digital technologies and tools, having worked on a digital transformation project.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proven capability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Positive attitude towards learning and sharing
Ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently
Highly developed cultural awareness and ability to work well in an international environment with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures
