Gaming Development Fundraiser

Job description

A great opportunity has arisen for a temporary Gaming Development Fundraiser role for a health related charity in order to manage the acquisition and retention of long-term quality regular giving supporters to the charity s gaming products (Weekly Lottery, Raffle, Prize Draw and Special Projects).



Key Responsibilities will include:

Work with the In-house Face to Face Fundraising team to implement and manage the annual marketing plan for face to face recruitment and development for the Weekly Lottery, using Door to Door and private site internal and external teams.
Collaborate with the Regular Giving Development Managers (internal Lottery Recruitment Teams) to ensure strategic plans are met, problems identified, and activities reach or exceed recruitment targets.
Develop and manage campaign specific reporting and analysis; including capturing key learnings from campaigns and making recommendations for their improvement.
Ensure best practice is followed and legal requirements are adhered to.
With support from the Gaming Development Assistant, manage a robust stock ordering and recording process where fundraising teams and external suppliers are equipped with the necessary resources for fundraising.
Implement and lead on the annual marketing plan for online recruitment and development for the Weekly Lottery, using channels such as, but not limited to, Facebook ads.
Monitor Digital Marketing budgets and flag issues around performance.
Manage external digital marketing agency to ensure activity is compliant with all codes of practice and optimise this activity.
Develop and manage campaign specific reporting and analysis; including capturing key learnings from campaigns and making recommendations for their improvement.
Implement and lead on the annual marketing plan for agency-led telemarketing recruitment and development for the Weekly Lottery.

Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Good organisational skills and ability to work at a detailed level
Able to prioritise and organise own workload, and brief others
Demonstrable experience managing face to face and/or telemarketing, campaigns/agencies
Demonstrable experience and involvement in customer/supporter development programmes, including a range of acquisition/development techniques
Demonstrable experience using Microsoft Office
