GDPR Support Officer

Job description

I am currently recruiting for a part-time GDPR Support Officer for a well-established innovative health charity this role is to support delivery of the delivery of their Volunteering strategy and deliver their strategic goals.

Main duties:
Support roll out of GDPR eLearning
Responding to queries from volunteers within agreed timeframes
Proactively contact volunteers to encourage completion / problem shoot
Record and report on level and content of enquiries and barriers to learning
Compliance with the charity's governance procedures, policies and procedures.

Essentials:
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively via email and on the phone.
Excellent organisational, prioritisation and workload management skills.
Excellent IT skills
