Grants Administrator

Job description

A Grants Administrator is required ASAP for 4 weeks with a charity in London.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

General grants administration and support to the grants team
Administering grants, including drafting agreements and ensuring deadlines are met
Assisting the team in the preparation of reports
Ensuring all incoming enquiries and correspondence are dealt with correctly and in a timely manner
Maintaining Salesforce database
Other tasks commensurate with the post

Essential Criteria:

Commitment to the aims and objectives of the Foundation
Interest in administering grants
Ability to work at pace
Accuracy and attention to detail
Strong IT skills, including experience of using Salesforce or similar
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well as part of a team
Professional, reliable and responsible
Desirable Criteria:
Understanding and experience of grant making
Experience of charitable trusts and foundations
