Grants & Fundraising Officer

Job description

Harris Hill are delighted to be working with a national children’s charity in their search for an enthusiastic Grants and Fundraising Officer.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented fundraiser to join a growing team. As Grants and Fundraising Officer you will be responsible for raising income from charitable trusts and statutory sources. In addition, you will work with the team to support other areas of fundraising including individual giving and school/community fundraising.

To be considered for this role:

  • Proven track record of personally securing funding from charitable trusts in excess of £10,000.

  • Experience of researching and identifying suitable charitable trusts to support new and existing projects.

  • Strong writing skills and the ability to produce compelling grant applications and persuasive fundraising communications.

Contract: Permanent, Full Time (35 Hours)

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
