Harris Hill are delighted to be working with an unique international charity to recruit an experienced Head of Corporate Fundraising. This newly created position will work in line with fundraising strategy to win and develop new and varied corporate partnerships to achieve significant corporate income.

Key responsibilities will include:
+ Working with the Development Director to develop and implement a refined corporate fundraising strategy to achieve long-term, high-value relationships
+ Establish mutually beneficial relationships with UK and international organisations
+ Supporting income growth through events fundraising including conferences, galas and other events
+ Create compelling proposals and presentations to cover a sponsorship, gifts in kind, employee engagement and others
+ regular monitoring and reporting of key objectives

The successful candidate will:
+ Have demonstrable experience of success within corporate fundraising, both winning and managing partnerships
+ Be experienced in delivering successful corporate and events fundraising strategies
+ Be results focused and able to deliver against agreed targets
+ Have experience of leading fundraising teams to success
+ Be a skilled influencer and negotiator, able to relate to a wide range of audiences
+ Experience of working in an international or maritime charity would be preferred but not essential
