If you have extensive experience of CRM and marketing automation and a track record of delivering successful integrated, multi-channel marketing and communication programmes, then this is the role for you!

A fantastic homelessness charity is looking for a Head of CRM to lead their new central function and work closely with business teams to develop their CRM capability.

It's an exciting time to join as they're currently establishing a specialist CRM function with a cross-organisational remit, working collaboratively across the business to develop and co-ordinate a programme of communication that strengthens engagement with all those who want to support the cause. The function will play an important role in helping the charity achieve their target of growing the active and engaged supporter base, leveraging their investment in marketing automation technology and in delivering a great supporter experience at every touch point.

As Head of CRM, you will be responsible for defining the vision for marketing automation, supporting teams right across the charity to implement plans aligned with their strategic objectives. It's a highly collaborative position that will require you to work closely with senior colleagues in Fundraising, Campaigns, Retail, and Services, along with other teams which have a cross-organisational remit such as Data Management and Insight, IT and Research. To be successful you in this post you must be digitally savvy, a natural innovator and outstanding communicator and will possess excellent networking, interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
