Harris Hill has an excellent opportunity for a Head of Digital and Marketing Delivery to join a community regeneration charity on a full time permanent basis.

This exciting new role as a Head of Digital and Marketing Delivery will play a fundamental role in delivering marketing communication strategies and leading their digital agenda. This post holder will manage a small but dynamic team to ensure they deliver the organisations external voice in an integrated manner and support the organisation s ambitious and exciting strategy

The Head of Digital and Marketing Delivery will support their objectives for membership growth, deepening engagement with current members and building brand profile, working closely with Marketing Communications Managers to deliver against agreed strategies.

Experience:
Required:
At least five years B2B marketing experience
Demonstrable experience of developing marketing communications strategies for an organisation, including pro-active campaigns and reactive comms management
Demonstrable experience of planning and executing targeted marketing and advertising campaigns across a range of both traditional and digital platforms Significant experience of people management
Experience of membership acquisition and engagement campaign strategies and working closely with membership or sales teams
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Effective use social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn Preferred:
Project management
Further education/accreditation in Communications or Marketing
