Harris Hill are currently seeking a Head of Fundraising for 3 months, to work with a national children's disability charity in London.

The role is an immediate start and will be sickness cover for 3 months, with possible extension.

Experience:
Experienced senior interim manager that can demonstrate their impact in a short period of time.
Proven excellent people management skills monitoring supporting and ensuring team deliver.
Knowledge of one or all of the following: Trust, Statutory and Institutional funding, Individual giving. The client has implied that Individual Giving is of most importance as the 2022 strategy is being considered.
Clear knowledge and understanding of restricted and unrestricted funding.
Able to 'hit the road running' and focus on outputs and outcomes, not processes.
Ability to adapt quickly and offer flexible responses that achieve results whilst simultaneously supporting the team.
Able to commit to a 3 month contract.
