Harris Hill is delighted to be assisting the Epilepsy Society in their search for a new Head of Fundraising on a permanent basis.

Epilepsy Society is the UK's leading provider of epilepsy services. Through cutting edge research, awareness campaigns, information resources and expert care, they work for everyone affected by epilepsy in the UK.

Their research is driven by the desire to understand what has caused the epilepsy in each individual person, to be able to identify the best therapy from the outset, and to make this expertise widely available.

This is a brand new role for the organisation as they embark on developing new fundraising strategy that will result in voluntary income being significantly increased over the coming years.

With overall responsibility for a team of seven, as Head of Fundraising you will be required capitalise on existing opportunities as well as developing new initiatives to increase income - particularly for regular giving, community fundraising, events, and In Memoriam and legacy programmes. In addition, you will develop innovative, robust and compelling fundraising approaches to deliver maximum return on investment.
