Are you a Fundraising/Service Delivery and Design Lead looking for your next opportunity?


Harris Hill is excited to be working with an amazing international humanitarian charity in search of a Head of Fundraising Service Delivery and Design. This integral role is key to the successful execution of diverse and transformative portfolio of fundraising projects, aimed at driving significant income. This role will see you working closely with senior managers to effectively adapt, evolve or design business processes to support programmes of work.


You'll implement the fundraising operations business plan and management of its portfolio of projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and solve complex business problems, combining expertise with practical, hands-on support for projects and fundraising activity.
You'll line manage three operational managers within the fundraising business support team administering all fundraising income and data generated from fundraising appeals. You'll also be responsible for the management, delivery and assurance of our monthly Direct Debit and Gift Aid claims worth c£43m per annum.


Does this sound like you? You will:

  • have extensive experience managing a service delivery team, preferably within a fundraising operations/supporter services environment.
  • have strong project management skills and CRM database experience.
  • be a strategic thinker with planning and budgeting skills.
  • be an excellent communicator and a natural collaborator, adept at influencing senior stakeholders both internal and external.
