Head of Individual Giving

International animal charity is seeking a Head of Individual Giving to lead and champion IG; shape strategy and provide leadership; grow the organisation's brand profile; and increase the organisation's impact for animals.

This will involve developing initiatives to increase income and reach, with an emphasis on growing the individual giving programme; particularly for regular giving, community fundraising and legacy giving.

As head of a significant fundraising area you will provide guidance and coaching to ensure that capacity and skills are strengthened within your team.

Key skills and experience required:
- Leading an individual giving programme, including, ideally, acquisition, retention, legacy marketing or community fundraising.
- Leading integrated marketing activities, including digital channels, DRTV and direct mail.
- Track record developing and managing complex, high value budgets.
