Head of Individual Giving

Harris Hill is working with a leading health charity, looking for an exceptional person to lead its Individual Giving and Legacies programme, responsible for raising over half of the organisation's income.

Managing a team of three direct reports, and six in total, this role will be accountable for meeting agreed income, expenditure and activity targets.

As part of the leadership team, you ll work with colleagues across the organisation to deliver the new Income Generation Strategy and keep Individual Giving at the forefront of priorities.

Working closely with our digital team you ll ensure that Individual Giving evolves and that Legacy income is maximised. You ll currently be in a Head of role, or are an experienced Manager and will understand the complexities of Individual Giving programmes and legacy marketing. You ll have a track record of achieving substantial income targets and managing complex budgets, success in leading a team to deliver a multi-million pound, multichannel programme while growing income across new channels, and experience of working cross-organisationally to achieve goals.
