Harris Hill are delighted to be partnering with Business In The Community on their search for a Head of Marketing and Communications.

This is an exciting role within the heart of the charity to lead the development and delivery of BITC's marketing and communications across all online and offline channels.

You will inspire and lead a team of marketing and communication specialists, driving greater stakeholder awareness and engagement with BITC by keeping target audiences at the core of everything they do. This role is crucial to ensuring that BITC is ultimately seen as the trusted authority and voice of responsible business.

Your previous experience leading and motivating a high performing team will allow you to work with their Chief Operating Officer to set the vision and strategy for the Marketing and Communications team.

You will use your solid previous experience of developing and delivering successful marketing and communications campaign strategies when working with their Executive team to develop the marketing strategy and communication approach that delivers organisational objectives across multiple channels.

Your demonstrable experience of turning strategic thinking into engaging marcomms outputs will ensure you support the team to successfully develop BITC's marketing and communication requirements from briefing through to implementation, delivering outputs from the team which are clear, creative and drive response.

Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 
Contract: Permanent
