I am delighted to be working with an international medical NGO, looking to find a fantastic Head of Partnerships to join their fundraising team. I am looking for a consummate fundraising professional, specifically with experience in corporate and philanthropic giving. This role is a maternity cover contract for a minimum of 15 months.

Key responsibilities include:
-Continue to implement the organisation's strategy for corporate, major donor, trust and community fundraising
-Maximise income from existing relationships as well as identifying new opportunities
-Manage a portfolio of significant individual and corporate donors
-Lead a small and ambitious team to achieve growth across the three income streams

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
-Degree holder with a solid track record in fundraising across different income streams
-Demonstrable experience in corporate fundraising and securing six-figure partnerships is a must
-Expertise in drafting high-level reports, with strong narrative and fiscal understanding with meticulous attention to detail
-Proven creativity and innovation to ensure the achievement of financial targets
