Harris Hill is delighted to be assisting the fantastic UK-based children's charity, National Deaf Children's Society, in the search for a new Head of Relationship and Partnership Fundraising to cover a maternity leave.

NDCS is a National charity that works across the country, striving to provide world-class support all children and their families who are affected by the disability. The organisation relies on the fundraising support of people across the UK. The society has been around for over 70 years- sand still feel that they have a lot more to achieve! Their ambition for 2030 is that no deaf children will be left behind whether that be at school, at home or in the community.

NCDS are looking for an experienced HORPF to join their expanding team. The crux of the role is to maintain and maximise long term net income by managing the relationship and partnership fundraising team.

In conjunction with this, the role requires you to produce and implement a fundraising plan for the coming year. Throughout your time in the role you will need to continually monitor financial performance and keep an eye out for any new marketing opportunities.

To be considered for this role you will need to be well versed in building and managing relationships with current and future donors. Significant experience of successful fundraising from donors (Ideally Corporate & Major Donor) . Demonstrable excellent written communication skills and project management skills.
