Job description
Harris Hill are delighted to be supporting one of the biggest UK brands in the charity sector to support their search for a new Head of Reward & Benefits.
This post-holder will have the opportunity to add significant value across the reward & benefits remit as the charity want to continue looking after their employees and volunteers.
They envisage this can be done via a number of different ways which need to be explored through solid analysis meaning your stakeholder engagement skills will need to be strong and adaptable.
Reporting into the People Director and managing a team of reward specialists you will bring innovative ways to keep costs down by introducing new and progressive ways to enhance the offering whilst keeping in mind they want retain and develop the existing workforce whilst also ensuring they remain an employer of choice across the sector.
The remit stretches into the volunteering divisions as well, they recruit significant amounts of volunteers yearly, developing, retaining and attracting are three crucial starting points to consider when looking at ways to bring new ideas to life.
You will manage a budget and a team, the charity are set-up with complex layers which will require a key eye for detail as you look to uncover challenges across the charity.
The post-holder will need to demonstrate how they have added ROI in their current/previous organisations especially if you are considering a sector change. The People Director is keen for the post holder to be continuously striving for better ways to reward their people, the role will constantly evolve making it a very attractive proposition for the right person.
