Hopeline UK Manager (Night)

Job description

Harris Hill are delighted to be working with a fantastic charity who support young people in desperate need of help. This role incluudes providing the team of advisors with leadership, guidance and support through effective line management, recruitment, mentoring training and coaching.  Managing and empowering a team of advisors to deliver high quality individualised support for all service users. Planning and managing the daily shift rota and shift cover to ensure staffing of the helpline is sufficient to meet the demand for the service user. Delivering helpline services on a 7 night shift system including weeknights and weekend nights. Acting as a clinical referral point for advisor queries arising from the helpline services including providing an on-call service where appropriate.
