HR Administrator

Job description

Harris Hill are currently working with a great charity based in London, SW1 to help secure an HR Administrator for 2 months, paying 13.36 per hour.
The purpose of the role is to help deliver effective and consistent HR support to the HR team.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

To support the Head of HR with arranging meeting venues, taking notes and drafting minutes for meetings
To prepare training rooms and equipment
To record and monitor the training feedback
To assist with HR and organisational events such as seasonal recruitment events and staff conferences
To complete employment and financial references
To conduct exit interviews and provide reports

The key skills and experiences include:

Competent and effective verbal and written communication skills
An organised and methodical approach to managing workload
Experience of an HR/Payroll software package
Charity sector experience would be an advantage
