I am delighted to be working with an amazing housing charity based in Tunbridge Wells in search of a HR Casework Advisor for 3 - 4 months.

As HR Casework Advisor you will be responsible for an overflow of employee relations casework including:
Disciplinary
Grievance
Capability
Absence management
TUPE management

This role is home based however some elements of this role will need to be carried out in the office based in Tunbridge Wells.
