Harris Hill are delighted to be working with an International Health organisation in their search for a  HR/Organisational Development Coordinator.

Your new role

As the HR/OD Coordinator you will focus on defined Organisational Development activities such as learning and development, and performance management. You will also be involved in organisational wide HR projects, polices and processes.

You will be actively contributing to the performance management system maintenance, developing communications materials to promote organisational development initiatives, such as presentations and training material. You will also support and promote the performance appraisal process by supporting the setup of performance campaigns.

Additionally, you will assist with yearly learning and development plans and their implementation and take a lead with the logistics and operations activities related to the L&D plans. This will include overseeing the training calendar, participants list, invitations, and monitoring attendance.

Other duties include contributing to the development of resources, support with the update, implementation and improvement of the overall induction materials and processes. Tracking satisfaction regarding onboarding, inductions and training activities through surveys and contribute to the reporting and analysis of data.

What you’ll need to succeed

To be successful you will need a relevant University degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, CIPD qualification or a related field/equivalent.

You will need HR Administration/Coordination office experience with good knowledge and understanding of current local employment legislation and good practice.

You will need to be able to learn, apply and refine HR systems and processes with a proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment.

You will also need effective communication skills, both written and verbal and be able to work under pressure independently without close supervision.

What you’ll get in return

This organisation offers significant flexibility with hybrid working, an annual salary up to £29,000 and 37 days paid holiday (inclusive of bank holidays and closure days).
