HR Information & Systems Officer

Job description

I am currently looking for an HR Information & Systems Officer for a 5-month FTC for an amazing health institute. This varied and exciting role will see you managing the HR information and reporting.

Main duties:
Produce reports on a regular and ad hoc basis
To conduct regular audits and data cleansing activities to ensure HR data is
accurate and reliable.
Provide technical systems support for HR Colleagues

Responsibilities:
To work closely with colleagues from HR and other relevant departments in
the collection of HR information.
The production of scheduled and ad hoc HR Operational and
management
The production of complex statistical analysis and manipulation of
resulting data to present valuable user-friendly reports
To produce regular reports to ensure data integrity, quality and completeness
throughout the HR Information Systems.

Pay and Reward
To support the HR Systems and Project Advisor with the annual pay an
reward review.
To produce statistics using information stored to analyse trends, perform cost analysis and provide recommendations
To act as super-user and assist the HR Project & Systems Advisor with ensuring that training and guidance notes are accurate and kept up to date.
