Harris Hill are working with an International Animal Charity in their search for a maternity cover HR Manager to join them on a part time basis.

Full time salary equivilent is £48,991k which is £29,394 pro rata.

Working Mon-Weds you will support the Head of HR in delivering a strong HR service across the organisation.

This role is UK focused supporting approx 60 members of staff across a wide range of strategic and operational HR.

The ideal candidate will be:
- CIPD Qualified
- possess a collaborative approach.
- abie to work on projects
- able to manage and develop HR and non HR staff

The main remit to this role:
- strategic recruitment
- complex employee relations
- contract management
- policy review and development
- management information
- reward and benefits
- learning and development
- ad-hoc projects

This role will suit someone who loves to work in SME environments and wants to be a really generalist role.
