HR Manager (maternity cover)

Job description

Harris Hill are delighted to be working exclusively with a London based charity as they seek maternity cover for their HR Manager for 6-9 months.

This small charity with a strong reach have an excellent brand across the sector working with high profile Directors and up and coming talent.

They act as a membership organisation for their customers, keep them engaged through a variety of different communicaions and events.

To be considered for this role, it is vital you have led a small HR function ideally in a standalone capacity covering a generalist remit such as:

- Employee Relations

- Learning & Development

- Recruitment & Talent Planning

- Performance Management & Reward

- Employee Engagement

- HR Data and Metrics

- Ad-hoc Projects

To work with it charity it is really important you understand how cultures can be developed in small but impactful organisations.

This charity work closely with Harris Hill so we are well versed in what they do and how they wish to acheive it.
