A leading international children's charity is seeking an Individual Experience Manager to be responsible for the development and delivery of the charity's mass engagement fundraising activities under three areas: Individual Giving, Challenge Events and Community fundraising.
Over the next year, in line with a new organisational strategy, the charity has ambitious plans to grow their small supporter base and build out their Individual Experience programme, which is currently in its infancy. You will be responsible for driving this forward, using your experience and knowledge of digital marketing and fundraising.
You will have the following skills and experience:
- Excellent knowledge and experience of working in a digital marketing environment
- Proficient in designing and delivering acquisition and retention strategies
- Proven experience of raising funds through mass engagement activities
- Experience of end-to-end project planning and management, including managing budgets and implementing marketing plans
