Individual Giving Administrator

Job description

A leading UK healthcare charity are looking for an Individual Giving Administrator to join their successful Fundraising department.     

In this exciting and varied role, you will provide support to the wider Individual Giving Team, to deliver compelling Direct and Digital marketing, events, and administration tasks.

As an integral member of the Individual Giving Team, the IG Assistant is responsible for supporting the Team and being the first point of contact for enquiries. Working closely with the Legacy and In Memory Fundraising Manager you will support on managing the stewardship of legacy and in memory supporters, answering legacy enquiries and thanking much-valued tribute fund holders.

The ability to be creative and innovative when supporting with fundraising projects is vital, alongside first class written and verbal communications. As well as the administrative side of the role you must also be a confident communicator, with the ability to build strong and constructive working relationships with a diverse range of colleagues, supporters and stakeholders

 Experience of working within a supporter care environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
