Individual Giving Fundraising Acquisition Manager

Job description

Harris Hill is delighted to be working with a fantastic international charity in their search for an Individual Giving Fundraising Acquisition Manager.

This position can be fully home-based or at their offices in Cambridge.

Reporting to the Director of Individual Giving, the purpose of the role is to acquire cash and committed individual donors to grow the charity’s UK supporter base.

This is a critical role to ensure the success of the charity’s fundraising activity. As a part of your role you will manage face-to- face, media buying, creative, and telephone agencies and will be primarily focused on recruiting new donors and retaining them through the Welcome journey until they fall into a regular stewardship cycle managed by the Supporter Care team. Further, you will co-ordinate the production of acquisition and welcome fundraising materials, across online and offline channels.

The successful candidate will have proven experience of individual giving fundraising, preferably in acquisition and be experienced in negotiating, managing and building relationships with agencies and suppliers. You must be an excellent communicator and have a strong understanding of audience targeting and analysis.

Applications are being reviewed on a rolling basis, so if you are keen to hear more, please get in touch ASAP.
